It seems as though a lot of people are just a bit too hard on them self's. This should not be the case. We should strive to better our self's! We should look at our past and see our mistakes but not dwell on them so much. We should see that we where wrong or that time was hard, but you lived and you are a stronger person for it. Though, yes, everything must end. But that doesn't mean we should just hold all that negativity until we die and pray to any kind of benevolent being for happiness or at lest a release from pain. But that's the point: death means not fugging feeling anything. Why hang on to that pain when there is a chance for you to feel happy? I am saying this more to me than you by the way. But you should take this advice as well. I know I won't.
